30 lbs of muscle.
I started working out in August to bulk up cause I’d lost so much weight due to work stress over the summer… I was down to 147 when I started working out. I’ve since then been on a strict diet and workout regiment. For the first time ever I’ve seen a change in my body. I just weighed in at 180 last night. This is the first time I’ve ever seen that number. I could not have done it without my friend Jason Rivera. Now I want to gain 10 more lbs then lean out. This workout thing is addicting. I’ve only had 2 injuries in the last 4 to 5 months which is pretty good. Ready to continue.

Hey Terry!
Matt’s with you on that. His goal is 190. He actually finally started gaining weight and has 10 lbs to lose. We both just stared going thru P90X together. I’m so excited to look good again! hehe
Anywho, tell Ky that I’ve lost 11 lbs since I saw you guys last…when we were talking about weight. I plan on tripling that number!
